Service information and enquiries

Service descriptions explain the intended approach. Project scope and the upfront payment are agreed with the customer before work begins. This website does not accept payments, and contact submission is currently unavailable.

The onboarding journey describes a conversation, a scheduled in-person or virtual meeting, an agreed upfront payment, project work and delivery. The balance is payable after delivery. Specific deliverables and arrangements must be recorded in the individual project agreement.

Payment and satisfaction promise

The upfront payment is agreed with the customer and is usually ₹2,000. It can vary by project. The remaining payment follows delivery of the agreed work.

If the customer is not satisfied within three months from delivery, 9rain.tech promises a 100% refund of all project payments, including the upfront payment.
